Users can now export Triage Templates for easier sharing and recordkeeping.
What’s included in the export:

Work Order Creation – Location Details Update
We’ve improved location visibility during Work Order creation.
What changed:

Location Alias is now displayed in place of Address Line 2 within Location details
Benefit:

Provides clearer location identification and improves usability when selecting locations
Work Order Editing – Vendor Notification Update
Vendor communication has been improved when updating Work Orders.
What changed:

The “Send Cancellation” option is now selected by default during Work Order updates
