Bob Poznek first joined NEST in 2015, bringing 45 years of experience in banking and finance. After leaving NEST in 2020, Bob enjoyed a brief retirement — until NEST welcomed him back in 2025, and he's been putting that experience to work for the team ever since. Bob retired from Archway Programs in New Jersey after 18 years as their Chief Financial Officer, where he was instrumental in directing the agency's financial recovery after it nearly closed in the late 1990's. Bob's primary responsibilities at NEST are overseeing credit policies and procedures and managing banking and accounting relationships.

Prior to Archway, Bob served as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Commerce Bank in Cherry Hill, a leading retailer of financial services with $50 billion in assets before being acquired by TD Bank in 2007. He led the development and retention of large corporate loan and deposit relationships.

Bob was a member of the Rowan Board of Trustees and a member of their Executive and Finance Committee’s from 2009-2021. He is an avid runner and physical fitness advocate who has participated in many competitive races including marathons. Bob attended LaSalle College and Rutgers University in addition to American Institute of Banking courses. He served in the US Marine Corps and is a Vietnam Veteran.
