Nick Almond
Director of Partner Engagement
Nick Almond joined NEST in 2013, working in the Quality Assurance department to ensure client properties met physical standards before moving into the Compliance department, where he worked directly with vendors to confirm contracts, insurance, and licensing were in order. He went on to oversee the department as Director of Compliance and, in 2024, transitioned into his current role as Director of Partner Engagement. Nick is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a streamlined partnership experience for NEST's prospects, vendors, and nonprofit partners alike.
Nick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, where he also served as Vice President of his fraternity — a role focused on managing internal operations, upholding chapter standards, and supporting brothers through leadership and accountability. He went on to earn his Executive master's in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys giving back to the community. The David Lawrence Center, Ronald McDonald House, and MS Foundation — three NEST Nurtures recipients and ongoing nonprofit partnerships — are near and dear to his heart. Nick is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan, but when he's not watching sports, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children or out on the greens for a round of golf.
