Jon Brumbaugh joined 20 Digits in 2018 as Vice President of Product Development after being with their parent company NEST since 2016. In 2026, Jon was promoted to Vice President of Strategy. Jon brings more than 10 years of experience analyzing complex business scenarios and managing the collaboration, innovation and placement of products. Jon’s goal while at NEST will be to develop and execute a business strategy for NEST Facilitate and to bridge the gap between the end user and NEST’s IT and Development teams. He will ensure that all enhancements made to NEST’s current and future technology offerings reflect the user and enable them to become better and more efficient business people.

Before joining NEST, Jon has built an accomplished career in both the healthcare and technology industries. He most recently served as Senior Product Manager at Inmar, a trusted supply chain and healthcare technology firm. While there, he was responsible for managing a pharmacy reconciliation system that processed 23% of total claim volume in the United States.

Jon is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Speech Communication with a concentration in conflict resolution within organizations. When not at work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife who is also a UNCG graduate and his two young sons. You can most likely find Jon running, volunteering at his son’s sporting events or catching a Carolina Panthers game.
