Meet Our Keynotes
CEO of Camping World, Executive Chairman of Beyond, Star of CNBC's "The Profit" & Host of Upcoming Fox Series "The Fixer"
In a world where business leaders are often lauded for their cutthroat strategies, Marcus Lemonis stands apart, leading with heart, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to people, process, and product. His journey, however, has been far from easy.
Abandoned at just four days old at a Lebanese orphanage, Marcus was adopted and raised in Miami by his loving parents, Sophia and Leo Lemonis. Despite facing struggles with weight, bullying, and self-confidence, it was his mother’s wisdom that taught him to embrace his uniqueness and discover his natural talent for business and helping others.
Marcus’s entrepreneurial spirit took flight early, first honing his skills at his family’s automotive dealership. By 25, he revolutionized the RV industry, growing Camping World into the nation’s largest RV retailer. This success propelled him to become Executive Chairman of Beyond, a global e-commerce leader.
Not content with just business success, Marcus ventured into television with The Profit, a hit CNBC series where he helped turn around struggling businesses. The show ran for eight seasons and spawned Streets of Dreams, an award-nominated series exploring the financial workings of key industries. His commitment to helping others also made him a sought-after motivational speaker.
Despite his achievements, Marcus remains grounded by the lessons of humility instilled by his mother. He’s donated millions to causes close to his heart, including $15 million to his alma mater, Marquette University, and $10 million to Christopher Columbus High School in Miami. During the 2020 pandemic, he launched the Marcus Lemonis Learning Center, offering free online business training to aspiring entrepreneurs. Marcus continues to invest in small businesses and champion the underdog, finding his true inspiration in people, not profits.
Born in Lebanon, Marcus’s story is the embodiment of the American Dream—one of perseverance, compassion, and transformation. Stay tuned for his return to television in the summer of 2025 with The Fixer on FOX, where he will continue to inspire and elevate others.

Additional Sessions
Today’s physical environments—across retail, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, and more—are rapidly evolving from transactional hubs into engaging destinations. Customers, tenants, and visitors increasingly expect immersive, interactive experiences that foster connection, loyalty, and brand differentiation. This session brings together executive leaders from real estate, facilities, and operations to explore practical strategies for designing, managing, and optimizing spaces that leave a lasting impression.
Panelists will discuss how investments in experience-driven environments are influencing property strategy and operational models. Learn how to deliver value and ROI with innovations that encourage longer visits, repeat traffic, and a stronger community bond—while also addressing durability, flexibility, and operational efficiency across large multi-site portfolios. Discover new approaches to activating both established and new locations, balancing creativity with practical site management, and aligning spaces with the expectations of today’s users.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the landscape of facilities management—redefining how teams in retail, industrial management, and other multi-site sectors approach operations, maintenance, and customer experience. Yet while headlines tout AI’s promise, real-world applications remain a mix of proven successes, emerging possibilities, and persistent questions.
This session will guide attendees through a thoughtful exploration of AI in facilities management, starting with what we know: current technologies driving efficiency, safety, and predictive maintenance across multi-location operations. We’ll address the boundaries of the solutions—what remains uncertain, underdeveloped, or misunderstood in the rush to innovate.
Looking ahead, the discussion will open future trends on the horizon. How might generative AI, automation, and machine learning further transform the discipline? What disruptions and new value opportunities could next-generation tools unlock for retail, industrial, and other complex portfolios?
Importantly, the session will also tackle both the promise and potential pitfalls of AI in facilities management. Attendees will leave with a perspective of AI’s current realities and future potential— while ready to ask smarter questions and make informed decisions.
