As Vice President of Human Resources, Jodie has been a key architect of NEST’s people strategy, building and evolving the HR function to keep pace with a growing, changing organization. Her role reaches well beyond traditional HR. She partners closely with executive leadership on the decisions that shape the business from organizational design and workforce strategy to leadership development, talent, compensation, technology, and culture.

Jodie brings a unique combination of people instinct, operational experience, and business perspective to her role. She believes the best HR leaders understand more than people they understand how the business works, where it is going, and what the organization will need to get there.

That philosophy has shaped her approach at NEST. She has built scalable people practices, developed leadership and succession strategies, modernized HR technology, introduced workforce analytics to inform decision-making, and helped create a culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent. Today, her leadership extends across both NEST and its growing software subsidiary, 20 Digits, allowing her to bring a people lens to two very different business environments.

Before joining NEST, Jodie built her career across financial services and the global security industry, progressing through both human resources and operational leadership roles. That combination of experiences continues to influence how she leads today: practical, curious, willing to challenge conventional thinking, and always focused on connecting people decisions to business outcomes.

Jodie earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Delaware and is an active member of SHRM, the Tri-State Human Resources Management Association, and the New Jersey HR Council.
