Gloucester City, NJ– NEST has been recognized as a leading sponsor of The National Multiple Sclerosis Society- Greater Delaware Valley Chapter. The Chapter recently recognized their Top 250 supporters from 2015. The NEST Team ranked #147 on this list and raised over $14,000 for the cause.
For the past two years NEST has well surpassed their fundraising goal of $10,000. From April to October of 2015 employees worked towards achieving this goal through various internal fundraising efforts such as raffles, MS hoodie sales, and “Dress Down Mondays”. In addition, NEST participated in two “out of office” events, MUCKFEST and Bike MS City to Shore Ride where the region collectively raised an impressive $5.7 million dollars.
“The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is a charity very close to our hearts,” said Rob Almond, Jr. CEO. “Our employees are an integral part in exceeding our fundraising expectations year after year.
The National MS Society is a collective of passionate individuals who want to do something about MS now—to move together toward a world free of multiple sclerosis. MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn’t.
