Jammi Carroll joined NEST in 2021 as the Director of Customer Experience. Jammi brings with her 10+ years in managing client success programs, sales, and marketing; with six of those years in the facilities management and service provider industries. In this role, Jammi will oversee the strategy, planning and execution of the organization’s overall customer experience goals.

Throughout her tenure, Jammi has developed client growth strategies; collaborated with other departments to oversee change management for the best interest of the client; and gathered and analyzed market trends, historical data, and industry comparisons to make program recommendations to clients. She thrives on solving challenges and working in changing environments.

Jammi graduated from Drury University with a degree in Business Administration. She resides in the Dallas, TX area with her boyfriend and two dogs, Ernie, and Bambi. When not working, she can be found volunteering at the Dallas Animal Services. She is also on a mission to visit and hike all of the Texas State Parks!
