The following changes have occurred in the NEST Facilitate (Web) platform:

User Location Management

Users with the correct permissions can now manage the locations assigned to their users directly within NEST Facilitate.

Key Features:

  • Assign and update user access to specific locations/ and or companies

  • Filter users by company, user status, and JITP status

  • Search for users by name or email

  • View user details including username, email address, and status

Benefits:

  • Enhanced access control by aligning users to the correct locations

  • Improved visibility into user permissions and assignments

  • Faster updates without contacting support

  • Streamlined onboarding and user management processes


Enhanced User Management

Users with the correct permissions will also now have expanded capabilities to manage user profiles, access, and permissions directly within NEST Facilitate.

Key Features:

  • Assign and manage user location access

  • Update user details including name, email, and associated company

  • Add additional company associations to a user profile

  • Set user status (e.g., Active/Inactive)

  • Configure user-specific financial approval limits:

    • NTE Approval Limit

    • Proposal Approval Limit

    • Invoice Approval Limit

Client-Managed Vendors

Users with the correct permissions now can create, edit, and manage their own client-managed vendors.

Key Features:

  • Create new vendors directly within ISP Connect

  • Edit and maintain vendor details as needed

  • Manage your vendor list independently

Benefits:

  • Greater control over vendor relationships

  • Increased flexibility to adapt to business needs

  • Faster vendor onboarding and updates

  • Reduced reliance on support teams

Location Contacts

Key Features:

  • Contacts in Location Profiles are now displayed in alphabetical order.
Benefits:
  • This makes it faster and easier to find specific contacts, improves consistency across profiles, and enhances
    overall usability. Especially for locations with larger contact lists.
