(PHILADELPHIA, September 23, 2021) NEST, a leading integrated facilities management (IFM) company, announced the hiring of Caleb Cummings as their new Director of Project Management. In this newly created role, Cummings will manage NEST’s Projects and Construction department nationwide.
Cummings brings more than 15 years of project management experience to NEST. He has developed over 100 healthcare facilities and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Facilities Management for ALG Senior. Cummings was also a director at Fast Pace Health, where he was responsible for planning, developing, and launching new locations for Fast Pace Urgent Care.

Throughout his career, Cummings managed the redesign of multiple facilities to increase efficiencies and patient satisfaction. He oversaw the completion of various construction projects ranging from environment construction, single and multi-tenant developments, and office space renovations for private and public entities.
Cummings holds several certifications from the National Association of Safety Professionals, including Certified Safety Manager, Safety Auditor, Hazard Analysis Technician, and more. He earned a B.S. in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Public Administration from the University of North Alabama.
