In this newly created role, Carroll will work closely with NEST’s client base consisting of major retailers across North America. She will oversee NEST’s strategy, planning, and execution of the organization’s overall customer experience goals.

Carroll brings more than a decade of experience in managing client solutions, sales, and marketing programs. Throughout her career, Carroll specialized in change management by using market trends, historical data, and industry comparisons. Carroll has extensive experience in developing client growth strategies and presenting strategic program recommendations for clients. She graduated from Drury University with a degree in Business Administration and will be based in the Dallas area.
