Gina Roswell

Gina Roswell joined NEST’s Board of Directors in 2016, bringing over 10 years of commercial law experience to the team. She is an associate with the law firm of Brown & Connery, LLP in Westmont, New Jersey, where she concentrates her practice in civil litigation on behalf of individuals, public entities, small businesses, and large international corporations. Her practice includes complex commercial and employment disputes, product liability claims, subrogation actions, and personal injury matters. With the benefit of her legal background, Gina is able to provide insight and strategy to help guide NEST in the right direction with both new and existing relationships, and protect its exemplary reputation and unparalleled success in the industry.

With her passion and strength for writing, critical thinking and logic, pursuing a career in the legal profession was a natural choice for Gina. After gaining her undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy, she earned her law degree at Rutgers University in Camden. Gina now has substantial litigation experience in both federal and state courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, handling contract and insurance disputes, product liability defense, fraud and deceptive practices, personal injury defense, insurance defense, employer/employee disputes, and public entity subrogation and tort claims.

While in law school, Gina served as the Research Editor for the 2005-2006 Hunter Moot Court Board. She is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Camden County Bar Associations and is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
