David Noonan joined NEST in 2015 and brings to the company over 13 years of experience in the real estate, construction and facility maintenance industries. During his tenure at NEST, David has developed and strengthened teams in order to improve processes to maximize company profitability and efficiency. As a Lean Six Sigma certified process improvement professional, his goal is to provide efficiency and cost savings to NEST clients.
Before joining NEST, David most recently served as Director of Vendor Relations in the facilities industry where he was responsible for the entire contractor life cycle from on board to termination of over 36,000 contractors increasing monthly reoccurring revenue 300% during his tenure. Under his leadership, Projects ranked as the company’s highest revenue generating in their history. Before moving into the facilities industry, David owned Noonans Contracting and also served as Project Manager at Real Estate Investment where he performed all property management tasks monitoring each phase of the project to maintain cost, time and budget.
Dave is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through Penn State and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. When not improving processes at work, you can find him spending time with his family in South Jersey.
