Before joining NEST, Carlos was the owner of Stallion Enterprises in Philadelphia, PA for 8 years where he worked with retailers such as Target, Home Depot and Wegmans on a wide variety of construction projects. There was nothing that Carlos could not do when it came to estimating, project management, budgeting, schedule coordination, trades coordination, design/planning review cost management/analysis and review and prequalification of vendors on behalf of his clients. One of his largest projects included a complex renovation project of a 28-building apartment complex that was currently occupied by tenants. Carlos attended Northern Virginia Community College and was licensed as a general contractor. Some of his special projects include acting as Trades Coordinator for the Season Finale Episode 32 of the Extreme Makeover – Home Edition in 2006. He was also House Captain for Home Remodeling and Restoration for the Underprivileged and Aging in Washington D.C. When Carlos is not solving mechanical problems, you will find him spending time with his family.
