Gloucester City, NJ- CEO, Robert Almond Jr. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jodie Argraves to Vice President of Human Resources. In 2012, Jodie joined the NEST team bringing with her over 20 years of experience in leading operation and human resource management from companies such as Securitas Security Services and MSR where she successfully increased employee 401k participation by 25% and reduced payroll costs by 20%.
Throughout the past 4 years Jodie has been responsible for overseeing the company’s human resource and benefits administration as well as employee relations, recruitment, compensation and training and development. As a valued member of the leadership team she has played an integral role in taking the company from 146 to 204 employees within the past year. With Jodie’s help NEST has been recognized by winning awards for “Best Places to Work” and “Top Work Places” for 4 consecutive years in a row.
