To be considered, the following qualifications must be met prior to us assigning you for work:

• Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance Meeting Criteria Listed Below
• $1 Million for General Aggregate Coverage
• $1 Million for Each Occurrence
• Must be willing to name NEST International as Certificate Holder
• Must be willing to list NEST International as Additional Insured
• Proof of Worker Compensation Insurance
• Required for Businesses in PA, NJ, NY, and DE
• Businesses in Other States Must Show Proof of Coverage as Outlined by Local and State Laws
• Worker Compensation Insurance Must Be In Force In Every State You Conduct, or Plan to Conduct Business As Outlined By Local and State Laws
• Completed W9 Form
• Must Be Willing to Enter a Simple Blanket Agreement
